Donna Sutton

Donna is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist with a keen interest in postural dysfunctions and as well as sports injuries. She uses her knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and implements an educational, patient centred approach to rehabilitation so as to aid and empower patients and athletes in returning to their desired activities within optimal time frames.

Donna’s extensive sporting experience has been working with various Hong Kong National Rugby Teams (1996-2008), specifically providing physiotherapy for the HK Sevens Men's Rugby Team (2002-2005) and being the head physiotherapist for HK Women’s Rugby (2006-2009). On a local level Donna was the team physiotherapist to USRC Tigers RFC (previously DeA) premier Division rugby team between 2002-2016. Throughout her career, Donna has provided physiotherapy services for numerous international sporting events including:

  • HK Rugby Sevens (1997-2009)

  • HK Tennis Patrons Association (TPA)

  • Invitational Tennis Tournaments (1996-2009)

  • Hong Kong Asian Games Team (1998)

  • Hong Kong Ballet

Her certifications include:

Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy

APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist

Diploma in Acupuncture

Clinical Pilates Instructor

TRX Instructor

On a personal front, Donna has a childhood background in competitive dance (tap & jazz). Her adult pastimes include skiing, scuba diving and yoga.
