Being in the healthcare industry for the past 20 years in Hong Kong, Ida’s experience has brought out her strong communication and interpersonal skills which has allowed her to be great in customer service. Her fluency in English, Mandarin, Japanese, and Cantonese allows her to connect with clients of different backgrounds and concerns to provide the best care at TPL.
