Starry is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certified in Canada and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and has also earned qualifications in Modern Cupping Therapy, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and Post-Natal Belly Binding. With over 17 years of practice, she has provided nearly 10 years of service at Sutherland-Chan Centre in Hong Kong.

Starry takes considerable care in providing a range of therapies, including Swedish massage, myo-fascial release, trigger-point therapy, acupressure, deep-tissue technique, lymphatic drainage, cupping and acupuncture.

More than a decade of practical experience has nurtured an attentive method with which Starry administers effective treatments for pain relief, sports injuries, headache, emotional distress and pregnancy-related conditions. Her clients range from children to the elderly, and her treatments are personalised according to the needs of each individual; with an approach focused on listening and maintaining open communication aimed at achieving ideal health targets.

In her leisure time, Starry enjoys travelling, hiking, yoga and pilates. She also finds fulfilment participating in a number of charitable runs.
